To find the Wolf3D room, push on the correct part of the correct wall, just like in the original (that might be a hint to hug the walls and run around hitting the action key!). They look like Quake switches and make the Quake sound. If you're interested in how to find the two know secret rooms, do so like you would in the original games: for the Quake room you find three hidden switches. I'm expecting people to find a Doom room and a Doom 3 room but don't quote me on that. It's a neat contrast, in game, between Quake and Rage (Quake came out about 17 years ago). Pretty neat! shows the Easter egg but doesn't say if you can go any further. While I can't confirm first hand (haven't bought Rage yet), there's the Quake skill select map inside Rage.
